Welcome to Between Works

Between Works is Eloise Sweetman’s independent curatorial office, developing artist-centred, site-responsive exhibitions and projects across the world. With 20 years of experience working with artists and estates—including Charlotte Posenenske, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Lee Kit, stanley brouwn, Maaike Schoorel and Cally Spooner, we are dedicated to the energising space between artworks: in the studio, exhibition, collection or on the page. Between Works keeps cultural work independent, serious and alive, while sustaining the relationships and people who make it possible.

Founded by Eloise Sweetman, Between Works is the curatorial office
working in the space between artists, audiences, and institutions.

Rooted in relational curating, Between Works creates intimate public encounters
and shares practical knowledge for an art world that asks much of artists, curators, and organisations.

Our purpose is to keep cultural work serious, independent, and alive,
without losing the people who make it possible.
